Striping & Seal Coating Foreman
(Full-Time | Hourly + Bonuses | Company Vehicle Provided)
We are seeking an experienced Striping & Seal Coating Foreman to lead our pavement maintenance crews at Lazer Striping & Sealing. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in clean layouts, quality finishes, and running efficient job sites.
Lazer Striping & Sealing was acquired last year, and we have big plans for growth in 2026 and beyond. We are a small company with a strong culture that is scaling quickly and building the right team to grow with us.
About the Role
As a Striping & Seal Coating Foreman, you will:
- Lead striping and seal coating crews
- Ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
- Take ownership of quality, layout, and final appearance
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and leading a crew in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead striping and seal coating crews on commercial and residential projects
- Operate and oversee: Striping machines and seal coat equipment
- Layout parking lots accurately (including ADA-compliant markings)
- Ensure proper surface prep and application
- Manage crew productivity and job flow
- Maintain job-site safety and professionalism
- Communicate with management regarding scheduling, materials, and job readiness
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in striping and/or seal coating
- Experience operating striping and seal coating equipment
- Strong understanding of parking lot layout and markings
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality
- Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of results
- Reliable, accountable, and professional
