Asphalt Paving
Asphalt milling removes the top layer of damaged or uneven pavement, grinding it down to a smooth, level base before new asphalt is installed. It's the step that lets us resurface a lot without raising curb heights or digging out the full roadbed — ideal for parking lots, roadways, and driveways where the surface has rutted, cracked, or settled unevenly but the base underneath is still structurally sound.
Asphalt Paving Services
Lazer Perfect Striping & Sealing installs new asphalt and resurfaces aging pavement for commercial, municipal, and private properties across southwest Missouri and nearby Arkansas — built to engineered spec, not guesswork.
Two paths to a durable surface:
- New Construction Installation — full-depth asphalt built from the ground up for new lots, roads, and pads.
- Resurfacing — a new wear layer over an existing base to restore a worn lot without a full rebuild.
Our Paving Process, Step by Step
1. Site Evaluation & Grading
We assess the subgrade, drainage, and existing surface condition to determine the right scope.
2. Excavation & Base Prep
For new construction, we excavate and compact an engineered aggregate base; for resurfacing, we clean and patch the existing surface.
3. Binder & Leveling Course
A base asphalt layer is laid and compacted to correct grade and establish proper drainage slope.
4. Surface Course Installation
The final wear layer is paved and compacted to spec thickness for long-term durability.
5. Compaction Check & Finish
Rolling patterns and density checks confirm the surface meets compaction standards before striping or sealing follows.
Every asphalt paving job, whether new construction or resurfacing, follows the same engineered sequence to ensure a durable, code-compliant surface.
